The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships has teamed with faith leaders across the nation to sign a first-of-its-kind memorandum of understanding to address health disparities in Black communities, with a focus on maternal mortality, mental health, chronic diseases, and substance abuse disorder.
