Dozens of law students in the D.C. metropolitan area have organized for the clemency of Marcellus "Khalifah" Williams, a death row inmate who maintained his innocence in the 1998 stabbing death of Felicia Gayle, by circulating a Change.org petition and sending letters to state-level officials.
