Advocates, Residents Rally to End ‘Torture’ in D.C. Jails

Unlock the Box organized a rally in D.C. to raise awareness of the adverse effects of solitary confinement in D.C. Jail and to call for the implementation of the ERASE Act, which would prohibit the use of solitary confinement except for brief periods for individuals at risk of self-harm.
