Jada Ingleton is a Comcast Digital Equity Local Voices Lab contributing fellow through the Washington Informer. Born and raised in South Florida, she recently graduated from Howard University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and specialized in psychology. After a family member made a viral TikTok about the restaurant’s struggles, Keith Lee visited Dukem Ethiopian restaurant on U Street NW and crowned it “the best food we’ve had in D.C,” noting its “robust sauce” and “earthy taste” in food.
